According to a recent report from the Department of Commerce, inflation appears to be slowing down for the first time since November of 2020, ending a steady climb in the inflation gauge for the U.S. that culminated in a four-decade high in March.
The unemployment rate has declined to 3.2 percent, the lowest on record since 1976, when the current record keeping methods began to be used.
The wages in Arizona went up faster during 2021 than the average in the U.S. Wages across the country increased by 4.5 percent, the fastest wage growth the U.S. has seen in four decades.
